4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Pay-per-use credits that have been consumed
- Custom development or integration services
- Subscriptions with used tokens after the billing period.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
