4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Pay-per-use credits that have been consumed
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Subscriptions with used tokens after the billing period.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
